Vinyl Design

I think this is one of my favourites to do actually because we were asked to create our own "Vinyl Album Cover" using the resources we have especially old photographs.

Below are some photographs I scanned that belonged to my dad which shows a bit of his history and his family when he was younger and still living in the UK.

Here I used a portrait of my sister I took a few years ago during Eidulfitri and added some frangipani flowers behind. I wanted to make the main person on my album stand out more and have colour. I had purposely chosen a photo of my sister in a Baju Kurung Melayu to represent the culltural differences as well as to portray that my family is of mix ethnicity.

Simply putting it, two different worlds are able to be one. This is only the front of my design!
